We are pleased to announce that The District 77 Winter TLIs will be conducted this January in two locations: Birmingham and Pensacola. The TLIs will use the Open Space Meeting approach to maximum our time together. Workshops will focus on a variety of topics in order to discuss address real challenges, problems, and obstacles our clubs are facing.
Training is open to all members, but club officers should attend and engage in the appropriate sessions for their office.
We will share strategies and ideas that are working in some of our clubs. There will be ample time in the morning breakout sessions to exchange ideas. The afternoon sessions will have single topic options listed on the draft agenda with Open Space approach to work together to facilitate and exchange of information.
We have also allotted additional time for informal networking & discussions among attendees will provide opportunities for informal side meetings and allow participation in exploring areas of mutual interest in more depth.
There will be discussions from the division levels that will provide clubs the opportunity to connect with clubs in their areas & divisions to provide quality meetings.
